Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
  • All original tags must be attached
  • Items must be returned in the original packaging

Certain items are non-returnable, including:

  • Final sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Intimates, swimwear, or personal-use items (if applicable)

Once your return request is approved, we will provide return instructions.

Refunds

After receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue so we can assist you promptly.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return the original product and place a new order.
